KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER- Central Africa/Western Africa

We are an Asian multinational group operating in diverse sectors. To strengthen our pharmaceutical industry team, we are seeking to contribute to the growth of our business in Central and Western Africa:

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER- Central Africa/Western Africa
Location: Tunis, with possible relocation to Central Africa

Responsibilities :

Develop and Execute Sales & Marketing Strategies:

• Design and implement the marketing and sales strategies for a dedicated portfolio of pharmaceutical products.
• Expand market presence in Central and Western Africa by identifying growth opportunities.

Collaborate with Marketing and Communication Teams:

• Work closely with internal teams to execute impactful communication plans and marketing actions.
• Organize and manage workshops, campaigns, and events to promote product lines among healthcare professionals, partners, and key stakeholders.

Drive Sales Revenue:

• Influence senior decision-makers by showcasing the benefits of our products for patients, physicians, and payers.
• Build long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to anticipate changes and adjust    strategies accordingly.

Experience:

• At least 10 years of successful experience as a Medical Delegate or Key Account Manager in a reputable Tunisian or international pharmaceutical laboratory.
• Proven track record in driving sales and marketing initiatives with measurable results.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong entrepreneurial and result-driven mindset.
• Autonomous, creative, and capable of delivering high performance under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Fluency in English and French; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.

This role is based in Tunis, with the potential for relocation to Central Africa based on business needs and performance.
