As part of strengthening our support functions and supporting our growth, we are recruiting our:

PLANT CONTROLLER ASSISTANT

Reporting to the Finance Department, you will be responsible for the economic performance and financial management of the site’s industrial activities. In this capacity, you will act as a true business partner to operations, supporting industrial teams in performance analysis, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making. In this context, you will be responsible for managing industrial management control and monitoring the financial performance of production lines; analyzing manufacturing variances and performance indicators to identify levers for optimization and profitability improvement; preparing and monitoring industrial budgets, forecasts, and the site’s multi-year financial plans; implementing management tools and dashboards to improve visibility into costs and operational performance; supporting operational departments in their strategic decisions through reliable and structured financial analyses; and actively participating in continuous improvement projects and financial process transformation projects in an environment subject to demanding international standards.

With a master’s degree (Bac+5) in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing, you have 5 to 8 years of experience in industrial management control, ideally gained in demanding environments such as the automotive, pharmaceutical, MedTech, or international manufacturing industries. Mastery of financial management tools and complex industrial environments, proven ability to transform financial data into strategic decision-making support, and experience in an environment subject to international standards are significant assets.
